Val

Valerie Schuch – Leadership and Life Coach

Valerie has always been inspired by the whole field of personal development, life coaching, leadership and spirituality – fascinated to explore ways of making the most of being human and living life to the full.  She is an experienced life coach, learning and development consultant, trainer and facilitator who has been supporting people in their personal and professional development for over 20 years. Whether Valerie is working with individuals as a leadership or life coach, or running development programmes for groups, she offers simple strategies for leading ourselves and others more effectively – to help us achieve what’s important and be our most authentic, powerful and effective selves.  She shares simple ways to bring out the best in ourselves, other people and the situations we care about. At the heart of her work, Valerie shows people how to tap into and work with their natural creative intelligence and inner wisdom, in the process of positive, meaningful change.  She helps people explore the ‘quality of relationship’ they have with themselves, others, what they do and how they do it – so that they can become more conscious of how to align and focus their attention, choices and actions with their highest ideals and desired outcomes. Val creates a comfortable, inspiring and encouraging environment where you can question together what’s working well already (so you can build on it), what’s not working so well (so you can change it), and how to move forward effectively and confidently (in ways that feel good), to achieve what’s most important to you. Valerie works with teens through to execs and clients have included organisations such as The Body Shop, BT, Hilton, GSK, Royal Mail, Tate, UBM, Britannia/CFS & Ashridge Business School, as well as numerous SME’s, charities/non-profits and the many people who have come on her open programmes.
